Which conferencing solution is right for me?

Each solution we offer is tailored for a specific need and as a result the right conference solution will depend upon your unique situation. Because companies generally tend to host both web and voice conferences most of our customers have a Teleconference account and an Corporate Edition Executive account. With this route you afford yourself the flexibility to have a toll-free number integrated into your web conference and a stand alone Teleconference for the times when web presentations aren't necessary.
Can I use multiple conferencing solutions?

Because of the laser focus of our products and the diversity present in most companies, a majority of our clients find themselves using all of our products. The most common combination of products is a Teleconference account and the Corporate Edition Executive account but the Desktop Edition is quickly becoming very popular due to the unlimited seat capacity and low monthly fee.

What is the seat capacity of the rooms?

It's unlimited! You can have as many people as you want in the rooms. We've done extensive testing with rooms filled with well over 1,000 people!
What do you mean when you say unlimited?

Unlimited just means that you are not bound or charged for any usage of the room other than your standard monthly fee. You can theoretically put 1,000 people in your room and have each one of them leave their conference running for the entire month and you won't get charged one cent more!
How do I show Powerpoint presentations and other documents?

The only way to show a document or spreadsheet during your conference is to save the file as a single web page and upload the file to your website. Then you can simply browse to it during your conference and the room will be able to see it along with you.
For Powerpoint the best way to do it is to convert each slide to a Flash (swf) file and upload those files to your website. We have plans in the near future to make this process very simple.
Do you have any plans to simplify the process of showing Powerpoint and other documents?

Yes we most certainly do! We are currently developing a File Management area that will allow you to store your presentations in one centralized location and access that area directly from within your conference. In addition we are going to offer a free Powerpoint to Flash conversion service to our customers.
Corporate Edition FAQ's
What is the seat capacity of the rooms?

Because the Corporate Edition is billed by the minute you have no limit to the amount of users you can have in your room at any given time.
What if I need more rooms?

Getting additional rooms for the Corporate Edition is as simple as getting a new moderator ID and password. Please contact us if your organization requires more than one room and we'll promptly set you up with an additional login.
What is the difference between the two versions of the Corporate Edition?

WebDialogs offers the Executive and Enterprise version of their software. The only difference between the two is that the Executive version includes in integrated toll free voice conference to use during the web conference.
How is the teleconference in the Executive version different than the Forvera Soft Teleconference service?

In the Executive version the teleconference is integrated into the web conference making hosting a web and voice conference much easier. To be honest if you're going to host web conference plus a toll free teleconference then the Executive solution is the most cost effective way to do it.
But if you plan on hosting a teleconference only then the Executive version becomes too costly. The per minute fees for the toll-free number is twice as much as our dedicated teleconference solution. In addition we offer features in our teleconference that are much more robust and give you a greater degree of control over your teleconference.
Why should I purchase from Forvera Soft and not directly from Web Dialogs?

There are many reasons why working directly with Forvera Soft is beneficial to you and your organization. Listed below are some of the more key reasons.
- You can access all your conferencing needs directly in one centralized location. You don't have to go to 2 different places to host a meeting. All billing and payment is done from one place making it much easier for you to manage and keep track of.
- You still enjoy the same level of support from WebDialogs but you also get another resource for any help and guidance you might need. You'll be able to use our conference expertise and contacts within the WebDialogs organization to get you exactly what you need when you need it.
- As a client of Forvera Soft you'll be able to take advantage of free services offered only to our clients. Soon to be released services include file conversion processes such as PowerPoint to Flash, Word to PDF, etc.
Teleconference FAQ's
What does the annual fee cover?

The annual fee for the Teleconference covers the following key features:
- Web Management Area that allows you to manage all your conferences and give EVERY employee in your organization their own teleconference account.
- Unlimited toll calls. You incur no per minute fees and have unlimited usage of your teleconference. You will only be charged by the minute if you use the toll-free conference and/or you want the conference to dial out to participants.
Is there a limit to the number of users I can create?

There's no limit whatsoever. Create 1 or 1 million users. You have no limit to the number of users you can create.
Can I really set up every employee in my company with their own
teleconference?

Yes, Yes, and Yes!!! The way the Web Management area works is that it allows you to create as many users as you want. You can even organize them by department and assign different administrator rights to each user!
Are there any per minute fees?

You will only incur per minute fees if you want to use the 800# or if you want to have the conference dial out to participants. Other than that you will never get charged any per minute fees.
Is there a limit to the amount of users that can be on the conference
at any one
time?

Technically speaking there is no limit to the amount of callers that can be in your conference at any one time. With that being said, based on our testing, we have found that the conference is of the best clarity when the conference doesn't exceed 100 callers.
