About the Versions

WebDialogs is available through Forvera Soft in the Enterprise and Executive version. The Enterprise solution is designed to complement our existing teleconferencing service. It gives you a stand-alone web conferencing solution at prices that simply cannot be beat!

The Executive solution takes web conferencing one step further by adding in an integrated toll free number to your web conference. In addition to controlling your conference you'll also be able to manage voice controls from within the conference.

  • Publishing Microsoft® PowerPoint®, Word, and Excel files
    Publishing allows you to store PowerPoint®, Word, and Excel files for quick and easy presenting. In addition your participants will not have to download the files in order to view them.


  • Toll Free Voice Conferencing
    Available in the Meeting Central Executive version this feature allows you to dial out to a web conference participant during a meeting as well as manage your voice controls from within the web conference.

    Share presentation responsibilities with other participants.


  • Application and Desktop Sharing
    Desktop sharing enables you to share your entire desktop with participants in real time. Application sharing allows you to share one or all of your documents with your participants. You have complete control of what you want your participants to see.

    Remote Control allows you to request control of a participants desktop or application as well as give control of desktop of application to a participant.


  • Recording of Web and Voice Conference
    Create a synchronized Macromedia Flash recording of both voice and web portions of your meeting.

    Allows you to enlarge the presentation to the size of the application window. This is useful to prevent scrolling on slides or documents that either have a lot of detail or take up a larger part of the window.


  • Conference Lock
    Prevent interruptions to a meeting by locking out participants from joining your meeting once the conference is underway. You have full control of locking and unlocking your conference.


  • Chat (host or participant enabled)
    Chatting is a great feature to allow participants to raise any questions or answer Q&A sessions. You'll be able to chat with individuals, send broadcast messages, or designate an individual participant or group to answer Q&A


  • Optimized Slide Presentations
    One of the most frustrating things in a web conference is having participants stopping you because they can't see the slide you're on. With our conference rooms the system automatically caches slides to improve transitions for slower connections and also displays fixed dimension slides when slower connections are detected.


  • Email Meeting Summary
